Patty WipflerFounder, Director, and Trainer Patty is the mother of two sons and the grandmother of three. She lives in Palo Alto, California. |

Julianne IdlemanCommunications Director, Trainer & Consultant Julianne Idleman has been the Program Director for Hand in Hand since January of 2006. Juli has a school age daughter and two adolescent stepchildren. She has been using Parenting by Connection tools since 2002 and enjoys sharing them with other parents. Juli also edits the monthly Hand in Hand newsletter, Connecting! |

Alana HarringtonProject Manager Alana has been on the Hand in Hand team since 2008, both as an administrator and as a certification student. Alana has a few summers under her belt as a outdoor experiential educator, one year as a junior-high teacher and a couple of years of teaching business English throughout Austria. She has over ten years experience in administration. Ms. Harrington is addicted to Parenting by Connection, although she is not quite yet a parent. |

Rebecca SchaeferMarketing Volunteer Rebecca recently graduated from Emerson College with an MA in Global Marketing Communication and Advertising. She moved to Germany and is now supporting Hand in Hand from across the Atlantic with marketing materials and strategies. She also helps out at her parents' daycare business in Munich. |
