Executive Director
Paul is the father of two boys with whom he enjoys Special Time every night. Paul's experience in for-profit and non-profit management has given him all the necessary skills to expand the reach of Hand in Hand while staying true to our mission of supporting parents. Paul is excited to build the infrastructure that will allow us to share the lessons of Parenting by Connection with parents everywhere.

Julianne Idleman
Communications Director, Trainer & Consultant
Julianne Idleman has been with Hand in Hand since January of 2006. Juli has a school age daughter and two adolescent stepchildren. Molly works on the marketing and advertising side of things. As a PR and Advertising major from Chapman University and the daughter of two psychologists, Hand in Hand is the perfect place to combine her two passions. In her free time, she plays rides horses, goes to music festivals and designs jewelry.
