Paul Russell
Executive Director
Paul Russell, born and raised in Marin county, left the Bay Area at 18 to attend the University of Chicago where he studied Religion and Humanities. Post-graduation, his 8-year career with REI took him from Chicago to Arizona and finally back to California, where he became executive Director at the Alameda Food Bank.

Julianne Idleman
Communications Director, Trainer & Consultant
Julianne Idleman has been with Hand in Hand since January of 2006. Juli has a school age daughter and two adolescent stepchildren. She has been using Parenting by Connection tools since 2002 and enjoys sharing them with other parents. Read about Juli's use of Parenting by Connection in her family on our blog. Cynthia Griffin
Development Director
Prior to joining Hand in Hand as Development Director, Cynthia spent her career as a volunteer and a professional helping families live a better life and building a stronger community. She worked as WalkAmerica Director for the March of Dimes, Senior Development Manager for the YWCA, Director of Development for Next Door Solutions to Domestic Violence in San Jose and San Francisco Court Appointed Special Advocates. In addition, Cynthia has over fifteen years of sales, strategic marketing, graphic design, and communications experience in the high tech and hospitality industries. She is a credential teacher and taught in the public school system for seven years. As a volunteer, Cynthia was a CASA for 13 years with Child Advocates of Silicon Valley and a Suicide and Crisis Counselor for three years. She has a deep commitment to working towards the vision that every child has a safe, loving home and an opportunity to thrive.

Molly Pearson
Brand Manager
Molly works on the marketing and branding side of things. As a PR and Advertising major from Chapman University and the daughter of two psychologists, Hand in Hand is the perfect place to combine her two passions. In her free time, she's designing jewelry, nailing sweet yoga moves and riding horses. She's been with Hand in Hand since 2010.
