Tantrums and the Learning Process

Tantrums aren't a sign that things have gone wrong! They are an indication that the child is either learning on a steep curve or is crying for the sense of connection he needs to make sense of his world. We'll look at the causes of tantrums, the inaccurate interpretations that are widespread, and at two "Listening Tools" that help relieve children's frustrations and help them feel connected enough to engage in play and learning again.
