Tantrum Training
Led by Deborah Betz, MSW and Zuhra Reiss
A three-week class that will give parents the chance to try a new and effective approach to children’s tantrums. We’ll look at how tantrums are seen by our society, why they occur, what benefits tantrums have for children and their parents, and two “Listening Tools” that give parents a reliable way to build a close connection with their child again. Parents will try using "Listening Tools" at home, and will learn from their own and each other's experiences.
