This is a series especially for parents of toddlers and preschoolers.
Even in the best of times, separation anxiety can be a real struggle for parents of young ones. Throw in a pandemic, and most parents have had unprecedented additional layers of challenges to contend with. If separation anxiety is one of those tough spots within your family, please consider the support and guidance carefully crafted for you in this workshop series.
Alongside (virtually) a small group of parents, you will learn effective tools to strengthen your connection with your little one. You will learn what is really going on in their brains when they are feeling disconnected, off-track, and unable to leave your side. Through assignments and in-class time, you will take concrete action, bit by bit, to help support your child from one who hangs back and hangs on toward one who is confident and eager to explore and learn.
The four weekly sessions will range from 60 to 90 minutes each, depending on number of participants. You can also expect 60-90 minutes of time on suggested assignments (videos and reading material) between classes.
