Free Hand in Hand Parenting workshop for Parents – Setting Limits, Presented by Anna Cole

Our child/ren’s challenging behaviours can be one of the most difficult things about parenting. We often fall back on the bribes, punishment, coercion or ignoring that may have been used by our caregivers – even if we have vowed to take a calmer more compassionate approach.

Warm limits, brought early, are a gift to our children – and ourselves. They help build cooperation and good thinking in your child and are a healthy part of a safe secure relationship. Come along and find out about, and practice together, a way to set limits and communicate your love.
