The Holidays can bring joy and added stress. This 6 week online class is wrapped around the Holidays – 3 classes before and 3 class after the New Year – designed to help you experience more Holiday Joy. Then we'll welcome in 2021 with the Tools and Support to create a New Year of cooperation, connection, fun and peace.

You'll learn:

-The five tools needed to raise a happy, well-rounded child.
-The common causes of emotional upset and its benefits.
-Why your child throws tantrums and how you can respond to them.
-How your child’s emotions work and why you might be seeing more upset during this time.
-How to heal your child’s fears and increase their capacity to learn How to help an angry child become playful and compassionate.

The structure of the class is:
– an hour of weekly instructional videos and reading – on your schedule – as we focus on one Tool each week to build your confidence and mastery.
– a weekly 60-90 minute small group support call. During the call you can ask questions, get coaching and get your own emotional support through built-in Listening Time

Investment: $350 pp / $600 couple sliding scale and payment plans available upon request.

Your Instructor: Kathy is the single adoptive Mom of a 16 yr old son and is passionate about working with parents whose children may have experienced early trauma.
