I first discovered Hand in Hand in 2016 whilst pregnant with my son. At the time I had been working at the Mental Health Hospital and was disturbed by the disciplinary methods parents were being taught to use with their children. I am passionate about empowering and supporting parents to feel more confident and pleased with their parenting and enabling families to bring warmth, fun and laughter into their home.
