With a Bachelor’s degree in Modern Languages Applied and Management and dual Master’s degrees in Curriculum Management and Oil and Gas Management, Andreea brings a unique blend of academic expertise, leadership, and cross-sector experience to all her professional endeavors.
Founder of a Romanian-Finnish private preschool, inspired by the globally renowned Finnish education system and built upon the principles of the Hand in Hand approach. Her passion for early childhood development and trauma-informed care began through her personal parenting journey. As a mother of two very young children at the time, Andreea discovered Hand in Hand Parenting, and its connection-based approach had a transformative impact on herself and her family. Motivated by this experience, Andreea became a certified instructor and began sharing these tools with others.
In her role as founder and educational leader, she trained preschool teachers to implement connection-based, emotionally attuned strategies in the classroom, creating a nurturing and respectful learning environment. Also, she’s built a strong parent community rooted in support, play-based learning, and conscious discipline. Through workshops, seminars, and direct coaching, Andreea has supported families in raising emotionally resilient and confident children.
As the founder and event manager of “Mână în Mână cu Fericirea” (Hand in Hand with Happiness), she has organized seminars, workshops, and conferences bringing together leading professionals in psychology, education, health, and personal development. These events served as a platform for holistic growth and community empowerment for hundreds of people.
Now parenting teens and navigating the complexities of co-parenting after divorce, Andreea continues to apply Parenting by Connection tools in daily life. With deepened expertise in listening support and coaching, she is committed to giving back—offering free support to single mothers facing financial abuse and hardship, and advocating for trauma-informed, connection-based parenting and education.
