Eva is a mother of two wonderful daughters, a social worker, a psychologist- an ’empath,’ as you might say.
Hand in Hand’s connection-based approach is an everyday healing experience in her life. It has helped her understand her baby’s crying, her toddler’s tantrums, and her preteen’s challenges, as well as resolve conflicts in her marriage and recognize her own unmet needs. This approach brings playfulness and joy to her family, even amidst daily challenges.
Eva is passionate about supporting families worldwide, is deeply interested in scientific research on parenting and preventing parental burnout, and is dedicated to helping those who seek her assistance.
