My name is Isabela Budusan and I am the happy mother of three young children. I am living in a small town in the heart of Transylvania – Aiud. Prior to becoming a Hand in Hand Instructor I earned two degrees in Economics and ran a business in the field of Health and Security at the workplace. In 2011, after the birth of my first child, I was inspired to start an NGO named “Discovery of the Child”. I currently serve as the chairperson for this organization and hope to organize meetings soon to support parents, schools and kindergardens.
One day, after my second child was born, I found myself thinking: “I sound as if I were my mother/ father and I had promised to myself that I would never say something like that to my children.” Even though I was convinced that I was doing things differently in the education of my children the facts were contradicting me. So I began searching for something to really help me. As a pragmatic person I was looking for something concrete and unitary, something I would find in one place, something that would have effect after applying it and fast if possible. Following one lead after another I found Parenting by Connection. I tested its tools and realized I could not only help my children in their development, but also help myself .
Parenting by Connection has helped me see the good in other people, to feel that we could all be happy, and that we are able to change our beliefs and perceptions in order to have a better life. The Power of Spending Five Special Minutes with Your Child

Mă umesc Isabela Budușan și sunt o fericită mamă a 3 copii. Locuiesc într-un mic orășel, din inima Transilvaniei- Aiud. Sunt licențiată la două facultăți cu profil economic și înainte de a deveni Instructor Hand in Hand Parenting am condus o firmă al cărei obiect de activitate era ” Sănătate și Securitate în Muncă ”. În 2011, după nașterea fiului meu, am fost inspirată să deschid un ONG numit ” Descoperirea Copilului ”. Sunt președintele acestui ONG și plănuiesc să organizez cursuri și seminarii pentru a veni în întîmpinarea nevoilor părinților, școlilor și a grădinițelor.
Într-o zi, după ce s-a născut al doilea copil, m-am surprins gîndind: ” Parcă sunt mama/ tata și mi-am promis că n-o să spun niciodată așa ceva copiilor mei ”. Chiar dacă eram convinsă că făceam lucrurile diferit, în educarea copiilor mei, faptele mă contraziceau. Așa că, am început să caut ceva să mă ajute cu adevărat. Fiind o fire pragmatică căutam ceva concret și unitar, să-l găsesc într-un singur loc și în urma aplicării să aibă rezultate sigure și dacă se poate și rapide. Din aproape în aproape am intrat în contact cu Parentigul prin Conectare, i-am testat uneltele și mi-am dat seama că în timp ce-mi pot sprijini copiii în dezvoltarea lor, mă pot ajuta și pe mine.
Parentingul prin Conectare m-a ajutat să văd binele din ceilalți, să simt că toți putem fi fericiți, că ne putem schimba credințele și percepțiile pentru a avea o viață mai bună și m-a făcut să-mi doresc să împărtășesc experiențele mele și altora.
