I’m a mom of two, Co-Moderator of the Hand in Hand Parent Club, Founder of Birth Roots Center for Community Supported Parenting in Portland, Maine, and creator of Facilitating Community, a unique training for those who facilitate small groups.
I’m glad you’ve found your way to Hand in Hand Parenting as I did when my older child was entering school years. Since their birth, I felt there was a large gap between the parent I wanted to be and the parent that was coming out. Hand in Hand has helped me to close that gap and now I am honored to support other parents as they grow and develop into the parents they want to be.
You can find me in the Parent Club where we cultivate a supportive community and pour in a wealth of resources to support the members. I can also be found at Birth Roots teaching and facilitating some of our postnatal classes, particularly our Toddler Parenting programming.
