Adrianne Kmet

Hand in Hand Certified Instructor

Adrianne is a trauma-informed Registered Nurse working with neurodivergent individuals and their families. As a wife and mother of two (soon to be three) children in a neurodivergent family, she deeply understands the importance of acceptance and connection as a safe base from which growth can occur. Adrianne and her husband Martin have used the Hand-in-Hand Parenting tools since their children were young and it has changed their lives! Her favourite tool with her own and other children is Playlistening. She loves the smiles, laughs and connection from this simple, yet powerful tool.

Adrianne uses these tools in her private coaching practice with families to help create deeper connections between parents and children, enhanced feelings of safety and regulation, and to promote each family member’s overall growth and development. Adrianne also offers professional training and coaching for educators and healthcare professionals.
