I came across Hand in Hand Parenting in 2014 when I was looking for ways to help my boys with issues they were struggling with, both at home and in school. None of the conventional tricks and methods seemed to work well, and though I wasn’t quite sure this was the right place for me, I thought I would give it a try. What unfolded in the months and years ahead was truly life changing! I could not believe the changes I was seeing, and I continue to be in awe of these listening tools as I now parent teenagers.
I was inspired to become a certified instructor in 2017. I am deeply passionate about supporting and empowering parents with children of all ages, especially teens and preteens, with issues like anxiety, anger, aggression, school, separation anxiety, sibling rivalry, sleep and much more.
